If the Sipstream isn't right for you or your cat, you have two options — choose whatever works best for you.

How returns work at SiplyCat

We keep it simple. If something isn't working, email us and we'll sort it. No lengthy return processes, no runaround.

Option 1 — Store Credit

If your cat doesn't take to the fountain after a genuine 2-week try, or if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, email us at hello@siplycat.com.au within 90 days of delivery. We'll issue store credit for the full purchase price within 1–2 business days.

  • No return required — just send us an email
  • Valid for 12 months on anything in the SiplyCat store
  • 90-day window from date of delivery

Option 2 — Cash Refund

Cash refunds are available within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Email hello@siplycat.com.au to request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If the item is received in an unsatisfactory condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, email us at hello@siplycat.com.au within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit — no return required.
