Shipping is completely free on all SiplyCat orders to anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend, no fine print.

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch. Allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your Sipstream all the way to your door.

Unfortunately we can't ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please use a standard residential or business street address at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within 16 days of your dispatch confirmation, email hello@siplycat.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.

Tracking can sometimes take 2–3 business days to show movement after your dispatch email. This is normal. If there's still no update after that, reach out and we'll check on it.
